Has water as got into the sockets

they look dry, the back of the plug is sealed with resin and the front of the plug pictured is dry with no signs of water ingress, some other light fittings on other circuits we have seen water ingress and it’s fairly visible, I was getting voltage transfer across all cores, even the Dali side.

I can try and see if they’ll dry out and the IR improves but it’s been proven as a manufacturing defect as the plugs where installed correctly so new fittings and fly leads are needed to rectify.

Well it good to know what you did was right .best go back to where you got the light fitting from see if they will send a rep out to investigate

We’re already on the case, they’ve used this company loads in the past, so hopefully it’ll get resolved quickly.

thanks again for everyone’s input :)
