Dilog 9083p zs test

Can't get a reading just doesn't want to know. Any ideas?

Supply connected, all leads connected.... what am i doing wrong?

Does it do a little bleep and not work when you press test?

In the left hand corner there should be L-PE and I think it's L-N solid (not flashing). If you have anything flashing, let me know what it says.

Where are you tesing it, what leads are connected and what terminals are they connected to?

I've had this a few times but the display usually says "fuse". It never is the internal fuse. I usually just change the batteries and then it seems fine. Strange ?
