please delete this thread i have started new one as i think this one was unclear

hello every, new forum member, so hello!

im currently building a led unit for my fishtank. i have put it together will add some pictures later on, i need advice on the power driver

my unit consists of 27 1w LEDS, is series of 3. (9 rows of 3)

led spec
Forward Current: 300-350mA
Forward voltage: Approx. 3.2~3.6
POWER: 1w


my question is what power supply would i need to run these?


i bought a 12v, 30W, 2.5A led driver, but im pretty sure this is wrong, please give me your advise.

you need 2V across each LED. maybe5 rows of 5 would be better with a 12v DRIVER. probably need a limiting resistor as well.
