E bike Battery to power bank ?

Anyone got any advice on how to convert a 37 v Li-Ion e bike battery into a 12 v power bank ?

I will need off the shelf parts.

You will also want an under-voltage cutout to prevent the battery being damaged by over-discharge, as those converters will keep on working well below the lowest permissible voltage. And a fuse close to the battery. The size of converter will be determined by the maximum current at 12v that your load needs. Beware the maximum voltage of a freshly charged battery exceeding the rating of the converter.
