Hi guys wanted to know what people are charging thesedays for there rates when out on there own and for subcontractor works

Does £22.50ph with van provided seem a good deal for a subcontractor & would you say £32.50 is reasonable for your personal hourly rate

just want to know what you guys are charging so i can compare as im new to being self employed as Ive only been out a few months and would be interesting to see what others are charging or thinks reasonable.

Thanks

IF you want a fully qualified experienced person to 'work' for you and if you are providing a van then £20 per hour is about the right rate imo

You will need to be charging them out at £40 per hour thou to really make it worth your while

I know guys (subbies) getting £25 per hour but they use their own car

We can't really discuss prices easily in threads there are often too many factors. And as time goes on pricing changes but the thread doesn't. Etc.

But I'll let this one run. Just keep that in mind.

More local research would help better than a forum on this one me thinks. :)
