Discuss Emergency backup light fail in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Not really much to go on from the brief description, you could perhaps include a photo of the light & electrical connections.

No light and no LEDs lit - have you checked any voltages?

No indicators led lit. Input voltage from consumer unit 231v ( we are on 230/50hz supply. Voltage (DC) from battery 13v. Fuses input & 12v ok.I tried resetting mains supply after fitting battery. When original power was restored emergency light remained on. I turned off at system pane, hasn't worked since.
