How can I wire an outlet from a light fixture without having the ability to turn the breaker off? Without k@#$$#@ myself. I am trying to get power into my storage unit.

We wouldn’t advise it.

You must isolate the circuit before working on it.

People who do work on live electrical systems have more training than normal, plus personal protective equipment to minimise risks.

What is so important that can’t be turned off for 5 minutes?
