Discuss I have not been paid, what shall I do in the Business Related area at ElectriciansForums.net
2 chances of getting paid I reckon, slim and none, waiting 2 years is just daft imoHi, the £300 parts/ £5000 bill, needs further explaining...but at 2 years,i reckon you need to wipe your mouth, and move on.
He has six years - not three. He does have 3 years to start a claim I would go ahead with claim and just learn not to allow it to go on so long next time. If you don't do the claim it's like him sticking his 2 fingers up at you every time you go past that club and it will just eat at you. You can always go on judge rinder court show. Lol
Contact Densel Washington AKA Robert McCall, he charges by the second, he is good though, a bit violent but gets the job done.Beat him up, break every finger and smash his knees in with a hammer, then get an alibi
Thank youThere are some misguided suggestions and opinions here, the law has changed on debt collection so you should not be paying any percentage to have a debt collected, I am not sure on any limitation on proceedings speak to a solicitors firm who specializes in this area such as Business Debt Collection & Recovery Solicitors | Thomas Higgins Limited - https://www.thomashiggins.com good luck.
He initially brought the material to begin with, I brought some to complete second fix. The £5000 is actually £5700, this is for the work that I have done coming in and out over 6 months.Hi, the £300 parts/ £5000 bill, needs further explaining...but at 2 years,i reckon you need to wipe your mouth, and move on.

Apparently, there is something new now, the debtor pays all the bills. A bit like no win no fee. That is why I'm tempted to go that route.Don't waste your time AND money on a solicitor
Small claims court - its all on line ........
Make a money claim online - https://www.gov.uk/make-money-claim

With money claim online, the cost of taking action is ADDED to the debt.
