inline ducting fan removal

does any one know how to remove a 315 mm inline duct fan motor, without dismantling the ducting?
can get to the exhaust side just but not the other without major dismantling, scaffold etc

Is it not bolted to the duct, can you not undo all the bolts on the flanges and side/drop it out?

Some fans are held together with giant Jubilee type clips.
Undo the two clips and the body of the fan pulls out.
Other fans, as Robert suggests.
