Light switch sparking only when off

It looks like the floash is in front of the faceplate. there are shadows behind the faceplate. View attachment 53468looks like a camera flash.

I'll put my neck out and suggest "the Video" is more dramatic than real life.

Did this all start happening when :-
a) the Lamp was changed

b) Lots of wires have been moved about and crammed with the existing lighting wiring.​

Have you checked the circuit? Does it have any line fault? I think it is not the problem with the switch, because when it is on, the light can work well.
