new supply for new build

Hi all
Been asked to help fill in the form required to get a new supply to a 3 detached new build I was going to ask for a 100 amp supply but they also ask for a kva figure
How do I go about working this figure out

Ask for 25kva, they will give you a 100 Amp supply then haha
