Been to a property and noticed that the main earth connection to the CU MET is only by a 2.5 mm blue cable. Now, that’s an as easy-peasy job to fix but the trouble is, a 10 mm cable connects only the gas and no sight of bonding to the water. It’s a non RCD board with only MCB’s and couldn’t see “Supplementary Equipotential Bonding” anywhere.

The floor in the switch cupboard is concrete and rest of the house is laminated, how am I going to do this?

id say test the pipe see if could be bonded elsewhere..
