Please can somebody clarify....

I am soon to book the assessment. I am planning to show 1 - a consumer unit ...

For this ,....am i correct in saying that all the circiuts must be fully correct , eg...all switch lives sleeved , disrimination ? ,...seperating circiuts etc, ? ....

In the cu i have in mind, the old landing light had borrowed a nuetral from downstairs ,....therefore in order to seperate the two lighting circuits in the board ( split board) ...i would need to rewire in this light ? ...

2 - would a simple shower installation be ok ? and would all the circiuts need comply also ? ( as above ?)

For this ,....am i correct in saying that all the circiuts must be fully correct , eg...all switch lives sleeved , disrimination ? ,...seperating circiuts etc, ? .... generally any items which would attract a code 1 or 2 if you were doing a PIR should be rectified, other items which might get a code 4 dont need to be rectified but should be noted in 'comments on the existing' on your EIC

You should rectify the situation,yes.
2 - would a simple shower installation be ok ? and would all the circiuts need comply also ? ( as above ?)If you carry out a simple shower installation you only need to ensure your new circuit complies and any aspects of the existing which affect your circuit, such as earthing, bonding, circuit protection etc
