Has any made the change lately of being a self employed/ ltd company sub contractor to being a full time employee on PAYE scheme? If so which do you prefer ??

When you say 'PAYE scheme' do you mean PAYE on the cards for a company, or a PAYE umbrella scheme?
I've never met anyone who has gone from being paid via their own company to umbrella - they usually do it the other way around.
