As above really, heard from my wholesaler today that it was mass produced essentially for dno's and now it doesnt comply with they're new regs so it will stop bein made, is this just my supply authority (NIE) or anyone else heard the same?

There are plenty of manufacturers still listing split concentric.
Straight concentric is definitely on it’s way out. There’s only one manufacturer left I could find and they don’t shout about it.

At least aluminium split concentric has gone, that was a nightmare if the outer serving got damaged. The EMEB (as it was then) had to replace nearly every video, tv, ect…. In an area of 5 streets in Nottingham due to a small gash in the serving and neutral insulation.
