Hager make them. I've heaps of them. However as these are double module devices the unfortunate reality is that they won't fit in a UK-style DB without alteration (at least of the busbar). With an upfront rcd in the installation, then Using a dual rccb CU negates the need for DP rcbos which are rare to find, (I’ve only seen wylex personally that make them)
They are not, Starbreaker devices plug into the busbar. Wylex don't. Same company but Starbreaker system is infinitely superior.I suspect they are Wylex with another name!

I suspect that like most things, good old Blighty is behind with the timesHager make them. I've heaps of them. However as these are double module devices the unfortunate reality is that they won't fit in a UK-style DB without alteration (at least of the busbar).
In fairness they are a Hager Ireland product and probably not available within the UK market without being ordered from Hager Ireland. (I'm sure similar devices exist for the continent also, of course.)
Well I suppose in fairness the single module ones might be tidier in that they use up less space and match the MCBs more, but from a functional POV I certainly prefer all pole disconnection. (And indeed some manufacturers have single module double pole switching devices, although certainly not all that common at least yet - but I prefer the double module for more room in them even if they take up two spaces.)I suspect that like most things, good old Blighty is behind with the times
