I had these and they are excellent although mine got nicked from one of my sparks vans outside a job and I replaced with a makita one that in my opinion is nowhere near as good. [emoji853]
 
Yep no dust when chasing you create more when you take out the bit in the middle with the bolster. Well worth the money just make sure you always use bags.
 
I have the chaser you show it cuts up to 25mm wide and 25mm deep , its perfect for 20mm round conduit and the bits you break away can be used as a wedge to hold the tube nicely , makes nice job , not sure about that vaccy though , still the chase is good bit of kit ....

Good for lived in properties although you will still end up with some mess when you nibble out the middle , but does show to the homeowner you are making a good effort...

Another good point is the plastering is much neater too because of the clean cuts...
