Wholesalers

One wholesaler has let me down very very badly (err like 4 times) over the last 10 days and another sent me through an Immersun type gadget without warranty, instructions, even a box! Another usually decent wholesaler missed something from one of our orders - first time ever so they are forgiven and another has delivered everything as promised and provided some really good support over the last few days. It just re-confirms that price isn't the main decider although I keep getting drawn to cheaper prices in the vain hope we may be more competitive.

Anyone else having wholesaler problems or am I cursed

Try being a SunPower partner, they only stock their own panels and selection of branded inverters and we are yet to put a successful order in for the intended installation date in well over a year of being a partner. Got told today they have sold out of their main panel until lat May/Early June, baffling in this market.

Bizarrely one of the main driving factors of pushing for a partnerships was after been badly scared from the tariff cut shortages, theory being they only have to manage their own equipment supply.....
