Have you asked your scheme's technical line?
I've been on this forum for a couple of weeks and asked genuine questions. I feel like the majority of people that respond are generally helpful. But don't understand the minority who feel like they have to belittle people. I'm just starting out like everyone in the past and if I ask a question that offends anyone don't respond unless it's positive thanksI must admit, I don't get that joke. Your scheme's technical line is there for exactly this sort of thing.

As above if the sub-distribution cable is fed from circuit No.8 then you just fill that line in but be exact on what work the certificate relates to.Any certificate encompasses only what is written in the "Extent of installation covered by the certificate" section.
Only the work you have done needs to be on the certificate.

As its for an assessment ..... yes being 100% correct is the right approach
