I do very little steel conduit work and can't justify buying a full bender set up.
My dad has a hand held plumbers pipe bender.Would I be able to fit a 20mm former and guide to it to use for bends and sets etc.

Might be able to fit the 20mm former, but bending steel conduit with it, no chance.

Put a bender in the van add £10 a hour on your rate....I wish

I dont tend to do much that jsutifies the expense of a full bender at the moment. Did have one but it got stolen out the last van about 2 years back. still got the dies, taps etc.. use them with a foldable tool bench and vice where required. when i did need to install some metal conduit on a garage refurb recently I bought one of these..

cost me £79.99 plus delivery off ebay. a lot of sellers on ebay send them from the states but you will find them similar priced via google or amazon etc.. they will do the trick for occasional use but for major installs a full bender and set is worth its money. currently 89.87 from cpc farnell with free delivery

A Rat tailed File, Round File, half round file, a pair of pliers the list is endless.

I use a stepping drill to deburr. I wonder what region you are in. I have two of them if you were close enough...
