does anybody if you can buy a 32mm pvc box with 20mm knockouts on the the side the ones that you fit 20mm conduit into.
 
decent step drill bit, and make sure the boxes you buy have a decent thickness to them and not thin brittle ones. then use the step bit to create the holes. a careful positioning will alleviate most problems. if you can use a t square and make pilot holes to keep them in uniform position
