I'm not sure if I've missed something but on P6 at the top it shows less than 4kwp installations installed before 3rd March @ 45.4p from April. There doesn't seem to be any caveat referring to the possibility of a lower rate if the Supreme Court case goes ahead and the gov't wins - have they decided not to persue it??

DECC have said that the higher rate stands until such time as they win the SC appeal and then implement a revised set of tariffs via the 40 day Standard Conditions process.
