Hi guys
quick question for you, what's the best way to search for a borrowed neutral.?I've installed a new dual rcd db and it trips with the landing light only. Cheers and thanks in advance for the help

sounds very common...!!!

just bang the lights in to one MCB... simples....! alternatively it will involve partially rewiring the lighting circuit!

its probable supplied from the ground floor circuit and the neutral if from the first floor circuit ,try disconnecting the neutrals from the rose in the landing light fitting and join the together with terminal block ,if this is the case ,run a piece of twin and earth from the ground floor lighting circuit and connect the neutral from there to the fitting ,this normally happens in older installations where single doublinsulated cables are used for the 2 way switching
