Been asked by a large company who have offices and shops have asked me for Call out rate and hourly rate for working in the shops doing lighting and faults. What sort of money does everyone charge. Not been working for myself long so just trying gauge prices.:bucktooth:

As it's a large company how much work are you likely to get over a year as this may have a bearing on where you pitch your pricing one small job a month will carry a bit of premium over say a day or two's work a week.
Are you looking at just normal hours call outs or out of hours as well with regard to hourly rates will you be expected to carry out some of the work in the shops when they are closed. You need to know what's expected of you so both parties know where they stand on price and costs.

I think you need to discuss this with the prospective customer as there is an element of doubt in your reply here and you don't appear to know what volume of work they may pass to you
You may have to consider how you are going to keep your existing customers happy if this new customer puts a lot of work your way as you don't want all your eggs in one basket and may have to consider subbing some work or employing some one

check the company out as well with companies house and do a credit check.
