CU upgrade and other bits in a hair salon

hey guys,

my fiance is opening her own hair salon, now the CU is an old rewirable fuse type, so shes after a new one and also some lights changing etc n a new circuit pulled in for a sign light that shes having fitted. so im just wondering where i stand carrying out the work myself, how do i go about signing the work off etc. can i do the work? i work for a company so dont have much of this sort of thing come up so not quite sure how or who to inform?

as it's not domestic, part p don't apply. as long as you are competent to do the work and can test and complete an EIC, you don't have to inform anyone. it's not notifiable ( unless there is living accommodation on the same supply )

there isnt living accomadation on the same supply, but there is above the shop, so who gets the EIC?
