It looks like a BICC fuse with the BI callenders on it.That fuse must be an antique!
I imagine it's the original one! Cutout was BICC as is all the cable, all installed on 1963. Remains of that antique fuse is retained with my small collection of "antique bits"That fuse must be an antique!
I've got to go back and recommision it tomorrow - I'll take a picture of the cutout.If it didn't have the BI part it would be really old...

I have probably got in stock a replacement fuse carrier for that.
send me the dimensions and I will check.
