Downlighters

Hello, Just a quick question, do you use heat flex for connection to downlights or do you just put t&e striaght in ?

The few times i ever did downlighters I found it easier to flex via a connection box/plug. IMO 1 it does give you a little more protection against the heat by using heat proof cable and 2 often it is easier trying to connect 2 T+E in those fiddly connectors.
