Presumably you are doing the EAL Level 3 Domestic Part P Domestic Electrician course.

The unit you refer to is the application of environmental legislation and environmental technology to electrical installation.

You should know about waste management methods, legislation relating to recycling and hazardous materials, the requirements for carriage of waste including controlled waste and waste from construction.
Environmental aspects of green energy equipment and the conservation of energy, may also cover noise pollution whilst working.
This link is probably a bit detailed and relates to a similar unit from C&G not EAL but does give some useful background information, but may be a bit late for the exam tomorrow.

I think you will probably have to do some of your own research into the units if your course provider is not helping, however do try and get them to provide information because that is what you are paying them for!

Anyway good luck with the unit exam, hope it goes well.

This is just a step to further understanding, do not stress about it.
You at least now know which aspects you you need to learn more about.
There is a information about solar photovoltaic in the wiring regulations as a special location, section 712 I think.
Gives diagrams about systems that may help you.
