Something that looks TN-C-S may not be all it seems. This head I came across has all the attributes of TN-C-S but apparently is not.

Something that looks TN-C-S may not be all it seems. This head I came across has all the attributes of TN-C-S but apparently is not.View attachment 50940
Did this go to a Ryfield board or cut out prior to this then it would be a "red dot"holder/solid link and the TNC-S would be separated there. This happends in a lot of blocks of flats where the meters are near each flat.
 
TNCS IMO, however test it
