dan the cable

I'm looking at buying a flex wall chaser. They are not cheap but I think it will pay it's way. Has anyone any experience with flex or wall chasers in general (I'm not talking about the cheap ones from tool station that fill the room with dust)
Thanks
Dan

Crickey they are dear £550 does it do all the chasing by its self then cleans up for you afterwards.

Do you do loads of chasing ?

If not I would stick to the hammer and bolster.

The kitchen outfit I do work for has had a flex core drill for the ten years I've worked for them.
its a total beast that is like brand new after boring 5 and 6" cores every week.
if I need to replace my makita core drill I know what with.
Saying that I've got a sg1250 makita cutter and a Bosch gas 50 Hoover.
sterling work since 2004.
granted not every day but still works great 10 years later!

I've had a hilti se20 (chaser) and vdc50(Hoover) for about 6 years, don't use it as much now but was doing daily partial rewires/kitchens for about 4 years and apart from blades it never let me down
