Discuss Gland ?????????????? in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

Cheers Dave, had a look but couldn't find what I'm after.

its for a garden spike light with flex which will be going in to flexi conduit, so to fit conduit one end and compression fit flex other.

The only way I can think of achieving that would be to a glavanised coupler or two of these glued back to back.

thanks for the input, i could use a coupler and some PTFE tape if i cant find a gland, would prefer a gland though

I had a quick look on RS to see if there was anything more suitable... I only looked at the Adaptaflex range and they didn't have anything that would make the job easier. It's a bit strange as I highly doubt your the first person to want something like this.

I've used these for flexicon, a dab of silicone, never had any problems:

Cant you just push the flexi conduit into a female adaptor and use plenty of solvent conduit glue? Thats how i do my rods when i go in the side of a pit, if not it will fit in a 32mm compression gland
