greetings all ......my names dave im 35 im from near leicester currently retraining as an electrician.......via train for trade skills......basically come here to eves drop on conversations, get help with problems i might be having and hopefully gaina little insight into the job arena im hoping to enter .....

Good luck and don't worry about making a fool of yourself. We all try to help each other in the ongoing process of learning that is part of being an electrician - better to ask a silly question on a forum than to make a real fool of yourself in a customer's house

Welcome dave, Im from leicester also. Recently trained, qualified and registered as a self employed electrician.. This forum has been very helpfull, Theres a good group in here, not like other forums that are clicky where you would get put down and slaged on your first post..
