I have a ninja foodie air fryer. I've been already felt with customer support, but this was beyond their abilities. When I hit start it runs for a moment, stops, displays "FooDi", and then turns off. Sometimes it runs properly. I haven't found any mention of that error online. Thoughts?

I recently repaired a food steamer with a similar problem, some times working, sometimes shutting off. The fault was a failed electrolytic capacitor in the power supply. The excessive ripple on the supply was upsetting the electronics. See oscillogram of supply rail before and after capacitor replacement.

Is it less than a year old? Should be covered by warranty I'd have thought perhaps?

Maybe like the smell as you walk past the chippy??

Our local chippy sells the worst soggy chips you can imagine, Lenham in Kent, its surprising as the fish and chip restaurant next door is fine and owned by the same people. 😱
