Hello All,
I need some with the maths for the city and guilds 2330 electrotechnical certification for electricians level 2. The question is calculate the power required to raise 15 M3 of water per minute through a vertical distance of 35m. 1 litre of water has mass of 1kg. the mass of 1m3 of water 1,000 kg.

The last question is If the the pump motor from the last question is 72% efficient, calculate the power required to drive the pump.

I was never good at maths in School.

If anyone does not mind I will copy and paste in microsoft word.

forgot all that baloney 50 years ago. the only liquid i raise is a pint of ale. that don't take a lot of energy. :8:
