Installing a Fire Alarm System in a Restraunt

Installing a fire alarm system in a restraunt soon and need a little bit of advice as we have never really installed a fire alarm system like this. Heres a quick list of what i think is needed. Ive done a fair bit of reading up also had a quick chat with fire officer about L2 system and all that so heres my outcome.

Ground Floor

Small Corridor at front entrance
Seating Area, Steps to second floor seating area
Bar with a few fridges, potato oven and hot food bar
Cellar (Steps going down)
Large Corridor leading to rear entrance and small dishwashing room

First Floor

Seating Area, Steps from ground floor seating aera
Kitchen
Corridor leading to steps down to large corridor on ground floor
2 Toilets (Male and Female)

Second Floor

Corridor leading to:
2 Bedrooms
Living room/office/small kitchen area (Microwave, Kettle, Toaster)
Bathroom
Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer

Ground floor - 1 smoke detector in seating area, 1 call point by rear entrance, 1 call point by front entrance, 1 sounder in seating area
First Floor - 1 smoke detector in seating area, 1 heat detector in kitchen, 1 call point and 1 smoke at top of stairs leading down to large corridor, 1 sounder in corridor
Second Floor - 1 smoke detector in each bedroom, living room and top of stairs (4 in total), 1 call point at top of stairs, 1 sounder in corridor

Is this enough equipment to cover the whole premises?

without seeing a plan and knowing the physical size of the establishment, it's hard to guess, but from your post, there may be a need for more sounders. you need 75dB sound level in each room ( esp. bedrooms)

Also public areas and WC's will need beacons so deaf can be alerted to an alarm.

Do you need to interface to another system?

What about sprinkler zone checks?
