are the firms above trying to form a breakaway group

have had a few txts about this lately, so gave the JIB a ring the lady laid out that letter over the phone and gave the impression that the firms involved would be out of the JIB if they decided to go with "de-skilling" . dont know whether its a good or bad move but I cant see companies doing this to make sparks better off.

Yes they are looking to pull away from the JIB, and yes it will not be for the better.
