lads does any one have a sample maintence contract . ive been ask to draw up a contract for a an oil company office block ..just some sort of guide . thanks:D

The maintenance contract I currently administer runs to about 500 pages and then there's all the appendices and other cack. Be warned it's relatively small for a water-tight contract on a building this size.

Seriously though, they ought to have issued some instructions to tenderers/contractors. That will be the guide on what they want maintained and when. There is usually a lot of guff on general conditions, H&S, CDM, etc.

Will you be doing Reactive, PPM, CBM or going the whole hog and implimenting CRM?

What's yr pricing and invoicing going to be, Whole Cost, pre-paid, T&M or a combination of? Will you use NSR or set yr own rates. What about subbies? What about SLA and KPI?

What management system and protocols will be in place. How will you comply with regulatory requirements? Can you afford £500 a day for someone like me to come and help you set it up? :O)
