plug-in busbar

Hi
can someone tell me the minimum height for plug-in busbar/busway tracks. I know they come under the 'placing out of reach' heading because of their exposed terminals and the ones i'm looking at in the factory look a bit on the low side.

Are we talking of plug-in bus-ways or down shop collectors for a crane, etc?

Must be a really old plug-in bus way track, if it has ''Exposed Terminals''!! The whole idea of these Plug-in arrangements was that there would be NO exposed terminals or bus bars to be inadvertently or otherwise to be touched without the use of a tool !!!

Exposed terminals doesnt come into it as they have shutters if not then how come electrac can be mounted under floor
IF you can see exposed conductors I suggest consulting the litriture that came with busbar and checking to see correct stuff ordered and supplied ( Its amazing the difference a letter or wrong number can make )

Use of a "Tool" as enginer says means a manufactured impliment designed to do a specific job not the random "tool" who hangs around like a bad smell getting him to see if he could get in there may be a bit destructive and dangerous
