If you're a qualified, trainee, or retired electrician - Which country is it that your work will be / is / was aimed at?
United Kingdom
What type of forum member are you?
Practising Electrician (Qualified - Domestic or Commercial etc)
Has anyone supplied a product infomation pack for a job. Doing a job in a hospital and they want an product info pack. Info on products, test forms etc.

Has anyone got an example?

Just download PDFs of all equipment etc and stick it in a folder with test Certs and invoice mate

You just need to produce an "as fitted" manual

A ring file with plastic wallets is the way I have done it in the past and insert those pieces of paper that you find with fittings and accessories when you open boxes, any maintenance required for the fitted equipment along with test schedules, as fitted drawings these may be on paper, CD, DVD,memory card or USB drive depending the requirements of the specification, warranty / guarantee documents for the fitted equipment, copy of the original spec for the work carried out and of course all the test certs.

Basically everything that makes up the installation is documented similar to how you would for ISO 9000

Or sometimes referred to as an O&M manual

Or sometimes referred to as an O&M manual

I would be so bold as to say that it's usually referred to as an O&M (Operations & Maintenance) Manual.
