Apart from the pastry being disgusting, the sausage being difficult to find and when you do it's the cheapest crap they could find, the beans being bought by the tonne for 20p, the surly shop "assistants", the massive queue.
Need I go on?
Now, samosas..that's the way forward.

But how do you decide were to get it from when there thousands on ocean rd.....at least one every other shop on a mile stretch....i found a chippy there once but I've lost it now...lol

The only good chippy in town is Pascoes on Green Lane, Colemans at a push is ok. Get the best samosas from Ahmeds International Foodstore at Laygate.

that was my point. there is no such animal as r1 or r2 on a radial.

Yes there is, R2 is the resistance of the cpc from the origin of the circuit to the point of utilization, as measured using continuity test method 2 described on page 91 of the OSG.

R1 is the resistance of the line conductor from the origin of the circuit to the point of utilization.

logically without an R1 and an R2 you cant have an (R1+R2) you would just have (+)

You're missing the point here; 'r1' and 'R1' are not the same thing.

am a bit confused , on an eicr could you just take the zs for a lighting circuit and then subtract the ze to give you the R1 +R2 ?

no. that's the wrong way round. if you are going to entewr values for R1+R2, then these should be done as dead tests. one reason is that Zs is measured with parallel paths, so your calculation for actual resistance will be erroneous.

Also Your Dead test is done at 12+ volts and your Zs at 230V 25 amps.
Ive had a rusty conduit system give great Zs readings at 230v but open circuit doing the R2 test!
