Morning guys,

For those who are aware of the ongoing legal battle i have been enduring for the past 12 months.

As Monday's go, this one has got off to a good start.

After sending my final warning highlighting the gravity of what would happen should i not receive the payment that was owed to me within the next 7 days.... it emerges that i was in fact paid 3 days ago (i had neglected to check this weekend) so after a slightly embarrassing, "oh.....well in that case.....ignore my letter" sort of moment, i have now been paid, in full, what was rightfully owed to me.

I am pleased beyond words to be done with this whole episode for good.

THANK YOU ALL for your on going support through this, you have all been absolute gold.

Paul.M, Rockingit, Tele, Tony and all the others who have personally aided me in this struggle, i appreciate your input no end. I shall enjoy my first paid for pint with this money in all your honors.

Aye ....... BUT while all this has been going on for all this time, whose bank account has the money owed been held in & who has benefited from the interest it has earned while it's been sitting there?

Hopefully, Ben will have got a bit more than the original debt out of it, but it seems likely that this bloke makes a habit out of either not paying or delaying payment for a long time in the hope that some folks will not be as tenacious as Ben & let things go.

I'm really glad you got paid eventually, I remember the whole event right back to the excitement when you first got the job and I was beginning to lose hope.

There's never any winners when it takes this long to get paid but at least you got your money.

Well done for sticking with it and for your success, just as I write this I am thinking hang on it should have been so simple, do work, get paid, done.
Extra costs all round because of idiots is annoying, however no more worries and you can get on with your life without problmes.
