Twin DNO Supply

Hello all, discovered our new house purchase has a strange main cutout supply (well i've not seen this before) i'm sure i've read about something similar on here before but can't find it now.
The main cutout appears to have 2 supply cables to it , could one be a feed or a tap off for next door? Also looks like one's leaking !!!!

I would say its a loop to next door, i had one in a 1956 council property i grow up in.

No probs there mate tn-s system and your meter is only monitoring your use (which i presume was your main concern). Jst dont disconnect the main incoming cable feeding your neighbour. Everything is as it should be. Jst make sure your main earth is connected to to that piddly wire coming off the sheath of the main incomer in that picture.

Cheers, I knew it wasn't off our meter as it's tapped of before it, i've just not seen it before. Cheeky sods using the cutout as a junction box

In/out DNO supplies are as common as muck!! lol!! Seen them frequently on both old and new DNO installations....
