Hi I am carrying out an EICR. I have a garage mini sub DB supplied via 2 x 2.5mm T&E equivalent 5.0mm protected at main DB by a 32A mcb.
I know this is bad practice to install unless using bigger SWA to achieve required csa's in awkward spaces to terminiate.

My question is what code is this? Im going with C3 with recommendation to rectify, but there is an inadvertent danger if 1 leg had a loose termination or worse was removed causing remaining leg to bear the load while being protected by an over rated mcb.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Ok Thanks so much for your input!!

No worries. I was going to type something more in depth but I decided to sit in the garden with a beer. I've coded that C3, because two beers will be an improvement.
