Well over the last few years I was putting
Security lights normaly niglon pir ones over years
And they started to play up so now I have put in hi spec pir ones up which not bad but the bracket is a bit to short against the wall
So now I asked the wholesalers I need 3 x 30 watt ones, he said try v tec ones . So today put those ones up so today's job. but working late into night trying to finish out side garden lights.
So 1st pir number one up tested OK from day to night fine, 2nd one up tested OK so on, 3rd up
Tested OK, now is dark, number one led pir started to turn it self on and off, so is it the sensor, no that's low is there someing moving to trigger it , no, It was like a traffic light on and off so now I have to change it, dratt.

Reminds me of the guy that asked his pal to check his indicators were working.....

“now it is.... now it’s no..... now it is.... now it’s no.......”

Reminds me of a Chargehand we had in the PSE/DOE if you had transport it was your duty to check all the lights etc at the end of the shift.
he used park his van right out side of the Admirals office ( MOD(N) in Bath) tooting his horn flashing the indicators etc, we used to watch him expecting him to test the brake lights run out of the van to see if they worked, what divvy he was, I was working in the Admiral's office one day, and he questioned me about it, what he thought I wonder , he was going to report him, I asked him not to as it would spoil our daily laugh, he smiled and had a giggle himself.
