size of t+e earth/number of points

can someone confirm if this is correct please.

1.5mm t+e has 1.0mm earth.
2.5mm t+e has 1.5mm earth
4.0mm t+e has 2.5mm earth
6.0mm t+e has 4.0mm earth
10.0mm t+e has 6.0mm earth.

also when testing a double socket is classed as one point, how about a fused spur feeding un unswitched s/o??

or a cooker with cooker outlet, 1 or 2 points??

The cable sizes sound about right (50% diameter of CPC remember)

a double socket is one point as it is only one connection onto the circuit

and the same goes for the cooker point
