Hi guys first time posting and I'm looking for advice on the pros and cons of taking someone on and what experiences you have had with it in the past.
My work load is purely domestic and starting to get enough work in that I'm looking into taking someone on what is the best route to go down ie sub out or employ.
- How does certification work when subbing out ie signing off work
- What do you need in place ,documents and insurance wise
- What happens if the workload dies down when you take someone on , can you write something into the contract of enployment
