20 volts at light fitting when switch is turned off

Got a bit of a head scratcher!! I have a 2 way lighting circuit, if you turn the lights on with one switch then turn it off with the other switch the LED lamps will stay on very faintly (this is annoying the customer, which is why he called me out). When I checked with the multi meter it is showing 20 volts left on when the switch is closed. Any ideas what this could be? I'd do a bit of a search on the forums - there's a number of threads about this. Check out inductive pickup, snubber circuits, etc. Daz

i had this at home .

18v on one of the strappers causing 3 leds to flash when the switches were off .

induced voltage .

managed to solve it by swapping the cores around , swapped strapper for common in switches .

solved it for me .

or simply wait another 5 years before trying leds again so that the technology behind the all singing all dancing led gravy train can actually do what the manufacterers claim.
