No, that's earth fault current at origin of installation.

PSCC is Uo/Zn. i.e. loop between L & N.
PFC is greater of the two

value of fault current that will flow from point of fault 8kA, 80kA, 0.8kA, no current.

value of short circuit current that will flow from point of fault is 80kA, 8kA,.8kA, no cuurent.

the formula used for calculatingthe fault current above is I=V/R, I=V/Ze, Ipf=Uo/Ze, Ipf=U/Zs.
