Hi there,
I'm Currently doing my design calcs for my college project and doing the actual Zs calculation.
Formula is Zs= Ze (or Zdb) + (R1+R2)
Then for (R1+R2) you find the (R1 +R2) per metre value in the On site guide appendix i - i1 , which for me line and cpc are both 1mm so its 36.20 . I then need to multiply this by the length of the circuit which is 30m and multiply by the factor for maximum operating temperature then divide this by 1000 to convert to ohms . And in the table i3 it gives u 2 options of conductor installation: Not incorporated with cable and not bunched or Incorporated in a cable or bunched. And I'm using 1mm single core cables for this circuit which will be installed in the same conduit together so I'm pretty sure that this would be classed as bunched but I wanted to double check.
