i have the Hilti TA-7 36v, amazing power, and indestructable with great back up aftercare, which is crucial when u have a heavy handed dumb --- of a aprentice like i have

only down side is the £700 price tag but having said that i have destroyed more than that in crap drills
 
I've always liked Dewalt sds drills, they have a much better 'hammer' action than Bosch, not too sure about the reliabilty of their batteries though.
